Can only say positive things about this restaurant. The staff was very nice and accommodating, even if we hadn't ordered. The food came very quickly and was very tasty and something completely different. If we are in Görlitz again, we will definitely come here to eat again.

Very cozy place, that food takes a lot of getting used to and didn't taste that good either. The waitress was friendly at the beginning only after a certain time she was very stressed. I would not recommend the restaurant.

Christmas party totally messed up. Basement rooms poorly heated. Instead of a course menu, a buffet was built that did not correspond to the number of people. Missing missing. Operation tired. To get rid of the outside door left open so that it gets even colder. Never again.

A very cozy and quaint restaurant in the old town of Görlitz. The staff is very thoughtful and friendly and the food is delicious.

We were there on Christmas Day. The service was friendly and courteous. The food was very tasty, but slightly higher prices. The waiting time was completely ok. The furnishings match the city and are cozy and rustic. I definitely recommend the restaurant recommend.

Let's take a look at the facts: 40 minutes waiting time for the appetizers (soup) +45 minutes subsequent waiting time for the main course + return of a main course due to total salinization + inability of the service to get a replacement within 30 minutes = 1 point, because yes 0 can not give.

Long wait for drinks and food. Staff completely overstrained, but eager. Would not recommend the restaurant. Musten despite class reunion the restaurant at 22.30 clock left.

I diddnt like.

First of the positive, the restaurant is comfortably furnished and the staff is very friendly ... That's it ... It was my first time in this restaurant ... The menu was a little funny, but I was surprised by the already more expensive prices ... But okay, salad with chicken strips ordered, the salad was partly from many old shriveled lettuce leaves, the chicken strips were dead fried, just hard and dry, no dressing, at a price of 13 €. The dessert was also of funny consistency and either old, or ready to warm up decorated with old mint leaves, at a price of € 7.50. As someone from the subject, I was also scared that you put gummy roses on the table .... Conclusion I am disappointed with the kitchen. At the prices I would never present such a meal :(

Great ambience, beautiful courtyard to sit and relax. The food can absolutely recommend, there was nothing to complain about, staff friendly, nice, polite. On the next visit ?✌

There is Silesian cuisine here. I had the Silesian Kingdom of Heaven - I can only recommend it to anyone. Very quaint restaurant in which you feel very comfortable. Also very suitable for groups

The Bürgerstübl is a nice inn with delicious German and Silesian cuisine. There expect a hearty and tasty food. A good selection on the menu and good daily specials. There is something for every taste.

We really liked the fairytale beer garden. The food was delicious and well presented.

I have eaten at the Bürgerstübl for the second time. Always delicious. The food is consistently well prepared and prepared. Very friendly staff complete the visit. Be sure to try the Gr-Li beer for the beer drinkers.

The atmosphere is great, the staff very professional and the prices very reasonable (low season). The food was excellent and complaints regarding allergens were promptly received and a meal was freshly prepared without the allergen - without a surcharge. The kitchen served very good, rich food and the beer was very refreshing.

Went around 8pm and it was fully booked but started to get empty. Evenings and dinners in Görlitz don’t last beyond 9pm. Knowing that we were just in time for the last order and got great local dishes like Kassler and Lausitzer Senfsteak.

The Bürgerstübel is a very cozy restaurant in the heart of Görlitz with typical regional dishes. The food was really great. With some dishes, however, it should not be less on the plate. It was just enough to fill you up. The waitress was very friendly and attentive until shortly before the end. Special requests for the decoration of our Christmas party (see picture) were also gladly fulfilled. As such, I would have given full marks here. However, the invoice took over 35 minutes despite repeated requests. This left an extremely unnecessary bland aftertaste, as we still had 2 hours to go back and therefore the tram was missed. It must be possible that more than one person can cash in when the house is full. One breaks down while the other employees are not even busy.

Good food, but really bad service. Pretty racist waitress on the road. I hope she will be treated same way while having holidays with her children in Mallorca. We did hear: -"The food will be late"-. Ok, we are fine, not in a hurry. Then- "Who did allow you to sit in the table...?". Well, we did wait. No response. There were three tables free, and we just sat down. It was late and my son and me were tired. If you do mind about that you tell people before they start eating, please wait for a sit. You just have to tell people. Learn how to communicate and be polite, for all with you clients.

Very good food with garden seating if the weather is good.
